Most commissions are completed within 4 to 6 weeks depending on size and the current queue. We'll give you a timeline before you commit.

Originals and canvas prints are carefully packed, insured and shipped worldwide. Paper prints ship flat or rolled depending on size.

If the original is gone, we can almost always produce a print or canvas of it. Just reach out and we'll let you know your options.

We do not offer refunds, but every eligible Ocean Clark artwork is backed by our 100% Lifetime Guarantee. You can exchange a piece for another Ocean Clark work at any time, subject to a 30% exchange fee plus any price difference and shipping. If your artwork arrives damaged, we will exchange it at no cost when reported within 30 days. Custom commissions and personalized artwork are final sale.
